    We've Been There Too is an ebook that explores the experiences of therapists who have lived expertise of mental health diagnoses and experiences. It focuses on the responses of 89 online survey participants who shared their experiences as it relates to self-disclosure, stigma and discrimination, the effect on their professional and personal practices, and feedback on how to better support therapists with lived expertise. The survey utilized a mixed-methods approach with quantitative and qualitative questions.
