The best of McSweeney's
To commemorate the fifteenth anniversary of McSweeney's Quartlery Concern, this is a comprehensive collection of what the publisher considers to be the most remarkable work. Drawing on the full range of the journal —from the very earliest volumes to Chris Ware's edited graphic novel issue to the Sunday-Newspaper-issue known as San Francisco Panorama, the book serves as a retrospective of recent literary history. With full-color contributions from some of the pioneering artists and illustrators featured over the years (Marcel Dzama, Art Spiegelman) and an array of fiction and nonfiction works.
