If I ruled the world : Baltimore, MD, August 2015-March 2016
Edited by Kimi Hanauer, this anthology collects responses from inhabitants of Baltimore, MD, approaching art and activism and touching on subjects such as health, education, language, public space and more. Participants were asked to investigate where freedom and joy existed in their city, and to imagine the world or future as they would want it to be. Bellyband reads, “You come from the stars black people. Move around. Do what you need to literally float out of here.” Contributors include: Khadija Nia Adell, Jared Brown, Person Ablach, Amy Reid, Greydolf, Bonnie Jones, Baltimore City Community College Refugee Youth Project, Kursten Pickup, Besan Khamis, Rahul Subhash Shinde, Bryanna Jenkins, Get Your Life!
