The plates were printed by Darryl Jensen and Diana Sudd under the supervision of Steven Campbell and Jack Lemon ... The text layouts and title vignettes ... were designed, hand-composed and printed by Pamela Barrie, Green Window Printers, Chicago ... The box and chemise are by the Campbell-Logan Bindery, Minneapolis, Minnesota. There are ten artists proofs, one Landfall Press Impression, two printers proofs, and twenty-five deluxe copies with a complete set of individual etchings signed by Ed Paschke. One hundred fifty books are numbered 1/150 through 150/150. Deluxe books are romaned I/XXV through XXV/XXV.; All copies are signed by Ed Paschke and John Yau.; The copper plates used in the making of the etchings have been canceled"--Colophon.; Library has 63/150.
